Fully renovated in 2025, the property elegantly combines the charm of the old with a modern interpretation of Provençal style. Generous volumes, noble materials and high-end finishes create a bright, warm and spacious living area that flows through the house and opens onto the outdoors.

The villa features 5 suites, including 4 on the ground floor, as well as a children’s bedroom located upstairs that can accommodate up to 4 beds, complemented by a playroom.

The flat landscaped garden includes a heated swimming pool and a large terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying convivial moments facing the sea.
